Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely handling of materials, and managing a team of warehouse associates. This is a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of our warehouse operations.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow

- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods

- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records of stock levels

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during daily operations

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment

- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is desired but not a requirment.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Knowledge of business processes related to warehousing and logistics

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
