We're looking for a hard-working, hands-on
Warehouse Supervisor
who leads from the front and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation. If you're driven, motivated, and ready to build and support a high-performing team, this could be your next step.You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep operations safe, organised, and on track -- while helping push performance and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team Oversee all areas: inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, and pallet dispatch Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment Drive team performance and meet daily KPIs Improve warehouse systems, processes, and workflows Support same-day delivery operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team Hands-on, confident, and proactive working style
Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & logistics Comfortable working withWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Flexibility to support AM shift when required Bonus: experience in a pallet network environmentWhat's In It for You?
