ProTec Nutra Ltd. is a UK based nutraceutical business specialising in the import, storage and distribution of raw materials for the manufacture of food and food supplements, as well as finished products including softgels, capsules and gummies.

A fantastic opportunity to join our well-established and expanding nutraceutical business as a Warehouse Supervisor has arisen.

We're looking for a motivated and hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll lead by example supporting the warehouse team, managing workloads, maintaining stock accuracy and timely order processing, as well as ensuring all health and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities



Responsible for supervising, training and motivating warehouse operatives to achieve targets and maintain high standards Supervise and support in all daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, handling, packing, and dispatch Oversee and manage stock levels, performing regular stock takes to ensure accuracy to assist with audits Ensure compliance and enforce Health & Safety requirements in-line with relevant regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment Liaise with relevant teams to support with Quality, orders, compliance and logistics Oversee logistics operations including the coordination of third-party logistics services Ensure Quality Management Systems and their policies and procedures are adhered to Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Prioritise food safety and hygiene ensuring they're maintained at all times

Essential Skills & Experience



2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and auditors Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle and prioritise multiple tasks Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise during daily operations Proficient in the use of computer systems including Microsoft office, especially Excel Strong understanding of warehouse safety with a commitment to maintain a safe and efficient working environment Counterbalance forklift licence

Desirable Attributes



Knowledge of digital warehouse management systems (WMS) Pivot steer forklift license

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
