As a Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibilities include:

Oversee efficient and safe stock movement, ensuring compliance with branch operating procedures and timescales. Maintain security and audit compliance for company commercial vehicles. Ensure targets for picking, packing, and goods movement are consistently met. Promote and maintain high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety compliance. Manage and maintain equipment, including PPE and manual handling tools, reporting any issues promptly. Support the Warehouse Manager in managing the team, addressing performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement. Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team objectives.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or warehouse operations. Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
