We are seeking a proactive and motivated

Warehouse Supervisor

to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of your area, driving high standards in organisation, efficiency, and team performance.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, proven warehousing skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. As our operation evolves into a more technology-driven environment, a tech-savvy and adaptable mindset will be essential.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):



Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes. Plan and manage staff rotas and oversee holiday scheduling. Manage data entry and ensure accurate use of NetSuite. Oversee the returns process and ensure compliance with procedures. Complete all paperwork for inbound containers and manage the unloading process. Lead perpetual stock counts and maintain accurate inventory. Coordinate order picking and oversee daily warehouse operations. Work closely with the warehouse team and step in to assist with tasks such as picking and unloading when required. Order consumables and monitor stock levels. Contribute to strategy planning and continuous improvement projects. Ensure vehicle checks and maintenance records are completed and up to date. Keep near-miss and accident records accurate and current. Communicate effectively, both face-to-face and via email, across all levels of the business. Work closely with the Dispatch team and liaise with hauliers. Report directly to the General Manager to deal with issues proactively and keep operations running smoothly at all times.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:



Valid Forklift licence. IOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards). Experience using NetSuite or other WMS systems. Proven warehousing background with supervisory/leadership experience. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with inventory and order management processes. Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel to manage data effectively.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
