As the Warehouse Supervisor at Taiko Foods, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective processes. You will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring safety compliance, optimising inventory, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Oversee all warehouse operations, including supervising staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and managing training, absences, and adherence to company procedures. Ensure the correct materials, packaging, and labels are picked and transferred to production in the right quantities, reporting any quality issues or discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records and reports, monitor traceability through Navision, and ensure all warehouse paperwork is completed correctly; assist with stocktakes and invoice checks as required. Keep all warehouse areas, including the picking room, vegetable chiller, and fish freezer, clean and organised, and ensure proper goods-in procedures are followed. Support the Purchasing and Warehouse Manager by handling stock transfers, supervising forklift checks in their absence, conducting staff re-training, and completing any ad-hoc tasks as requested.
