The MHRA Supervisor will be working 10am-6pm Monday - Friday. Overtime is sometimes available from 9am or on weekends but this is not mandatory.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Always following Good Distribution Practice
Reporting any issues or deviations promptly to the Operations Manager
Booking in goods accurately, checking temperature requirements, batch numbers and signs of tampering or falsification
Working in line with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and instructions
Storing stock correctly and safely
Carrying out quality checks and batch number verification
Taking part in stock takes
Picking and despatching customer orders accurately and on time
Processing returns in accordance with GDP and ISO standards
Upholding Health and Safety policies at all times
Keeping clear, accurate records
Meeting and maintaining performance targets and KPIs
What we're looking for:
Experience working in an MHRA-regulated warehouse or similar environment
A calm, practical approach to changing priorities
Flexibility to work different or longer hours when needed
Clear communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and grow within the team
