E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor (Progression to Manager)

West Drayton| 30 hours/week |

Early mornings & occasional weekends required

We're on the lookout for a

highly organised, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor

to join our friendly team and grow into a

Warehouse Manager

role. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring our much-loved fruit boxes, snack deliveries, and gift hampers are packed to perfection and shipped on time.

This is an independent, proactive role that requires someone with excellent initiative and a can-do attitude. You'll be fully trained and supported, with room to grow and take on more responsibility as the business scales.

Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in daily warehouse tasks, leading a small team by example Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare orders for shipping, including labelling, sorting, and managing dispatch paperwork Receive, check, and organise incoming stock Replenish inventory and manage stock levels for our online store Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse at all times Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on presentation and quality

About You

Highly organised with great attention to detail Able to work independently and take initiative Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team Physically fit and able to lift boxes (15-20kg) Flexible and willing to adapt --

early mornings and occasional weekend shifts are essential

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Experience supervising others or desire to step into a leadership role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
