Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Wokingham
Salary Range: 30,000
Shift Pattern: Day Shift (08:30am - 5pm)
Syntech Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our clients stores area in their Wokingham facility.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Managing daily operations to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
Leading and developing a team of warehouse operatives
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems
Conducting regular safety and equipment checks in line with health & safety regulations
Enforcing company policies and maintaining high workplace standards
Collaborating with internal departments to streamline logistics and workflow

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role
Licences:

Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential)
Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) Forklift Licence (Preferred)

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication abilities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
