Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within our busy supply chain function. This role is critical to ensuring our team delivers accurate, high-quality, and timely processing of all activities -- including custom garment embroidery, part/tooling kits creation, and order fulfilment.



As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and support your team to meet service standards, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll be both hands-on and people-focused, ensuring smooth workflows while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals. Oversee and coordinate custom garment embroidery, kitting operations, and order processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring goods are receipted, processed, and dispatched to agreed service levels. Maintain accurate stock control through daily checks, system updates, and audits. Ensure warehouse operations comply with Health & Safety standards. Monitor team performance, including staff scheduling, holidays, and return-to-work processes. Provide occasional cover for drivers during absences when required. Collaborate closely with colleagues across supply chain, production, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

About You

Proven experience in supervising a warehouse or logistics operation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - able to motivate, coach, and build strong team relationships. Excellent organisational skills with an eye for accuracy and detail. Ability to stay calm, positive, and solutions-focused under pressure. Service-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
