We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join Nolte Kitchens Contracts. This role is based within our Wrexham Warehouse reporting to the Logistics Manager.

Job Purpose



To oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while supporting the Logistics Manager with developing a team of warehouse operatives.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and documentation. Support the Logistics Manager with training, motivating and driving performance with the warehouse team. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Produce reports to identify areas for improvements by suggesting initiatives on implementing 'positive solution based' ideas. Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience



- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

- Forklift license (preferred).

- Strong understanding of health and safety standards.

- Experience in team leadership and staff development.

Working Conditions



- Full-time position, may include shift work and or weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,500.00 per year
