We are a fast growing E-Commerce company with big plans for expansion over the next 1-2 years. We require an experienced member to help us manage our warehouse so the owners can focus on growing the business.

40 hours per week, permanent position with potential for more hours during seasonal sales and company expansion.

Supervisor/Manager Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all order dispatch requirements

Delicate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Enforce warehouse rules and standards

Problem solve potential arising issues

Supervise with incoming and outgoing deliveries

Other roles may include -

Locate, pull, and pack products based on daily orders.

Attention to detail is required to ensure orders are correct.

Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.

Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Working as part of a team as well as independently at times

Follows good warehousing practices and required work-safe practices.

Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

General warehousing, unloading/loading delivery trucks, stock rotation, cleaning, and moving boxes with weight.

Performs other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
