Here at GXO, we're looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our team as a

Warehouse Systems Administrator

on our

Abercrombie & Fitch

contract, based in

Rushden.

You'll work closely with operations and off-site IT service providers to ensure our systems run smoothly, downtime is minimised, and continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working

Sunday to Thursday,

covering the hours of

14:00 till 22:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

29,933

per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Be the first point of contact for all system-related issues onsite Manage and resolve 1st line incidents quickly and effectively Support both hardware and software systems ensuring optimal performance Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and system functionality Maintain accurate hardware inventory and ensure secure network access

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Essential experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse operations Strong IT Knowledge, especially in

Blue Yonder/DLX/Red Prairie WMS Systems

Familiarity with

Oracle (SQL)

and confident troubleshooting skills A self-motivated, reliable, and flexible approach to work Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
