WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the Team: Supervise daily OPS Support Clerical team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights! Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our department. Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone. Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Experience of working within a warehouse operation is ESSENTIAL Team Leader/ Management experience is desirable Experience of working within ADMIN is essential - must be computer literate on Microsoft office and Excel Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving. You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
