Are you a motivated leader with warehouse experience? Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader to organise, support, and develop your team while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members Provide the team with necessary tools and ensure smooth, efficient operations Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities Maintain order and care for warehouse property, equipment, and materials Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with company values
What we're looking for

Proven (+1 year) experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities Ability to motivate and develop a team Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
