As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, leading a team to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting workflows and driving continuous improvement.

Working Hours:

The main working hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00, however flexibility will be key to this role in providing absence, sickness & holiday cover to the following Team Leaders shifts. Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00, Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00 & Monday - Friday 14:00-22:00.

Qualifications

As Warehouse Team Leader, you will...

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs. Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching processes. Allocate tasks and monitor performance for accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times. Support training and development of team members.

What you'll bring...

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Forklift licence and basic computer literacy.
