Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce the correct use of PPE. Monitor and drive performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and audit standards. Oversee product handling, storage, and movement to prevent damage and maintain quality. Operate

Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts

as needed to support warehouse operations. Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and workplace safety.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Valid

Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence

. Ability to work independently and make effective decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Commitment to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Desirable Qualifications :

IOSH Qualification HACCP Level 3 ILM Qualification
