Hubaco Ltd is a holding company that specialises in outdoor equipment and school wear. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Warehouse Operatives to ensure that all goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly. This is a hands-on job where you lead by example and work alongside your team.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and working alongside the Warehouse Operatives to ensure all duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Ensuring the timely Receipt and Dispatch of all goods.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring that inventory is managed to the utmost accuracy.
Ensuring that Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Overseeing the upkeep of the Warehouse, including maintaining equipment and conducting regular inspections.
Participating in regular Team meetings to ensure goals are being met and to identify areas for Continuous Improvement.
Training and mentoring staff to improve their skills and development.
Reporting directly to Group Operations Manager with scope of training and development.
Requirements:
Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role preferred but not essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a small team.
Knowledge of inventory management software, WMS preferred.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations preferred.
FLT Reach License preferred - occasional operating on forklift is required. License can be provided to successful candidate.
This is a hands-on role where working alongside your Team is compulsory.
