Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader (Hands-On)

We are looking for a

hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader

with experience in a

food production or food-handling environment

to oversee and support daily warehouse operations.

Key duties include:

Supervising and working alongside the warehouse team Printing and organising daily orders Ensuring daily production and dispatch targets are met Picking, packing, and supporting production when required Ensuring stock accuracy and correct stock rotation (FIFO) Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation Leading the team and keeping work flowing efficiently

Requirements:

Previous warehouse supervisor / team leader experience Experience working in a food environment (preferred) Clean, neat, organised, and detail-focused Confident leading a team and meeting targets Reliable, punctual, and hands-on
