Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a high profile retailer. We are seeking a driven and passionate Warehouse Team Leader to manage operational processes and a team of warehouse colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, be self-motivated and have experience within a supervisory warehouse management role.
The role as a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Working as part of a large workforce reporting to the Shift Manager
- Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational demands
- Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate
- Continue to build on the sites culture, being the voice for your team
- Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately
- Ensure that any computerised or automated systems are accurate and up to date
- Ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and carry out risk assessments
- Previous experience in team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse environment
- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint as you may be be refining policies and procedures
- Flexible with regards to shift patterns
- Motivated and ambitious as there are great opportunities for internal promotions
