We're looking for an organised, hands-on, and motivated

Warehouse Team Leader

to join our dynamic team at

Advanced Plastics

. We specialise in precision injection-moulded components for a wide range of industries -- delivering quality, reliability, and performance every day.

In this role, you'll lead and support a small warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials -- from goods in and stock control to order picking, dispatch, and delivery. You'll play a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, improving warehouse processes, and ensuring all operations run safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

Organising and motivating the Warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks Adhering and contributing to Company KPIs and Continuous Improvement initiatives Representing the Company in a professional and positive manner while interacting with third-party customers and suppliers Using critical decision making to support Warehouse teams and maximise productivity Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and upholding Health & Safety standards Promoting a positive team culture aligned with company values About you:
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, ideally within manufacturing

Strong numerical skills and critical decision making Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a focus on health & safety compliance Knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Suite Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive workplace culture
