As a Warehouse Supervisor based in

Melmerby

you'll be responsible for:


Managing a team of up to 20 people, conducting 1:1s, annual performance reviews and conducting interviews for new hires Working to tight deadlines and managing KPIs, both individually and across teams General warehouse duties such as picking and packing and ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant Meeting with stakeholders regularly to discuss updates

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm.

Previous experience in a warehouse, management experience is not essential The ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work towards KPIs and targets To have your own transport, the warehouse is not accessible by public transport
