We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Warehouse Team Leader

to join our team in

Newport, South Wales

. This is a full-time role where you'll help manage daily warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team to maintain high standards of performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operatives Organise and delegate daily tasks effectively Support with picking, packing, loading, and goods-in/out processes when needed Ensure stock accuracy and effective inventory control Enforce health and safety protocols at all times Assist with the training and development of staff Communicate clearly with team members and management

Requirements:

Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse setting Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential Eastern European language is a plus, but not essential
