Working in a fast-paced FMCG warehouse environment in the Cannock area, the role of Warehouse Team Manager Nights will involve managing a team of operatives and ensuring the smooth running of the shift. This opportunity benefits from an excellent salary of \xc2\xa338,500 per year working Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm-2:30am.
The role of Warehouse Team Manager Nights in Cannock will involve:
- Managing the team effectively on a daily basis.
- Appropriately allocating tasks to colleagues.
- Training, coaching and mentoring the team.
- Performance management of the team.
- Ensuring Health & Safety is being adhered to.
The successful Warehouse Team Manager Nights will have:
- Experience managing and leading warehouse teams.
- The ability to communicate and motivate the team effectively.
- Knowledge of Heath & Safety.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
- A background working in FMCG/Food Distribution.
