About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy distribution centre. This varied and hands-on position covers all aspects of warehouse operations -- from stock handling and order preparation to online inventory management. No two days are the same!

You'll work as part of a friendly, inclusive team, helping to meet performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Support all areas of daily warehouse operations Move stock manually or using a forklift truck (if licensed) Pick, pack, sort, and dispatch goods efficiently Assist with online sales processing and stock control Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team culture

About You

We're looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and team-focused. You'll also have:

Good communication and time management skills A positive attitude and openness to feedback Willingness to work flexibly to meet business needs Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively A basic understanding of Health & Safety standards Basic IT skills

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment
*This is currently for 4 weeks but could last longer if you are the right candidate.
