Our passionate team design, build, manage and install outstanding exhibition stands for some of the UK & Europe's biggest brands.

We're now looking for

Junior & Senior Warehouse Team Members

with experience in exhibitions, events hire, or temporary structure/event production style environments -- someone who understands fast-paced event logistics and the movement of technical rental stock, not just general warehouse duties.

NOTE: this is a full time onsite warehouse role, travelling to exhibitions is NOT required

.

Main purpose of job:

You'll play a vital part in preparing, maintaining, and organising our exhibition rental equipment and client assets. This includes picking and packing stock for exhibition stand builds, supporting onsite teams through accurate preparation, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations before and after events.

This is an ideal role for someone from:

? Event & AV hire warehouses
? Marquee / temporary structure companies
? Event fabrication or staging environments

Experience in these sectors is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packing (Event-Ready Preparation)

Work from detailed build lists to locate, pick, package and label exhibition stand equipment, including:
o Modular walling

o Flooring

o Furniture

o Lighting & electrical components

o AV equipment

Prepare stock for dispatch to event sites, ensuring accuracy for smooth installs.

Re-Stocking & Returns Management

Check, clean and restock all items returning from exhibitions. Ensure components are complete, undamaged and returned to correct warehouse locations. Flag damaged items for repair, quarantine, or maintenance.

Stock Maintenance

Carry out simple repairs and cleaning of rental components. Ensure all items are event-ready for the next installation.

Goods In / Goods Out

Load and unload vehicles, equipment, and deliveries in line with event schedules.

General Warehouse Operations

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Support the wider Production Team as needed during busy build and return periods.

Health & Safety

Follow all safety procedures, including manual handling, equipment use, and warehouse compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail -- essential for accurate event prep Ability to work quickly and efficiently Practical, hands-on mentality Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Previous warehouse experience within exhibitions, events, staging, AV hire or similar industries (strongly preferred)

Candidate Requirements:

Industry Experience

- Ideally from exhibitions, events, AV hire, marquee structures, or similar

Forklift Truck Qualification

(desirable but not essential if willing to train)

IT Skills

- Comfortable using Microsoft tools and digital task systems

Task Management

- Experience using workflow or job management software

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience working in

fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative Excellent verbal communication skills A positive, team-focused approach and willingness to get involved

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
