Warehouse Operative

to join our friendly and driven logistics team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, physical role that's all about accuracy, organisation, and a can-do attitude. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps the warehouse running smoothly -- from picking and packing to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting our outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packing Orders:

Accurately select and prepare goods for dispatch

Loading & Unloading Vehicles:

Handle incoming and outgoing stock, including manual lifting

Stock Movement & Handling:

Move goods around the warehouse -- manually or using forklift equipment (Flexi, Reach, or Counterbalance if licensed)

Container Handballing:

Unload stock from containers when required

Stock Control:

Support regular stock counts, help keep bin locations accurate, and update the system as needed to maintain real-time inventory visibility

Warehouse Organisation:

Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently

Safety & Standards:

Follow all H&S procedures and warehouse best practices
What You'll Bring

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role Confidence with manual handling and physical warehouse duties Flexi forklift licence preferred but not essential Scissorlift licence preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining stock accuracy Comfortable using basic systems or willing to learn A positive attitude and team spirit
