Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork. Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Supervisor. Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods. Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules Assisting with warehouse inventory controls Ensuring goods are fit for purpose - inspection of goods is required. Recycling of pallets and cardboard Ensure that there is adequate floor space at all times. Assist with Production as required Physical strength, fitness, and dexterity, as they often have to lift heavy packages. Excellent team-working skills to effectively collaborate with other members of a warehouse team. Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of goods. The ability to drive a forklift and must have a driver's licence. Mechanical experience would be an advantage.

Pay: 12.21-12.74 per hour
