Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, including lifting, stock management, picking and packing orders, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move goods safely and efficiently. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used for heavy items. Maintain an organised stock area by accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch. Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure standards are met. Utilise the warehouse software to track inventory levels and manage stock movements and confirm orders. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse setting is required. Valid UK driving licence is required Counter Balance Forklift licence is preferred. If not held, it is required that the successful candidate undertakes training to achieve a licence, which will be provided by Filigree. Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and comfortable with a physically active role. Comfortable with using warehouse related software (pick, despatch, stock movements) Excellent attention to detail and self organisational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.32-18.48 per hour
