The Opportunity - Warehouse / Yard Despatch Supervisor
Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you'll supervise three Despatch Operatives and ensure efficient loading, despatch and service delivery across our North Wales sites.
Key responsibilities:
Safely loading and securing finished products on flatbeds, curtainsiders and containers (using small agricultural tractors)
Supervising despatch operations across three sites
Overseeing visiting drivers loading outbound goods (UK & EU)
Completing daily site, vehicle and compound safety checks
Maintaining accurate records and supporting transport planning
Ensuring site organisation, standards and compliance
Communicating confidently with internal teams and customers
What's on Offer
Permanent contract
Salary of 35,000, plus paid overtime where additional hours required
Working Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

About You
You're an experienced team supervisor, and you bring:
Hands-on logistics, warehouse or transport yard experience, including loading HGVs or containers
Experience operating either agricultural machinery, FLT or Telehandler
Physical fitness for manual, outdoor work
A motivational team leadership style that inspires and builds accountability
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, "can-do" approach
Good IT skills
Knowledge of despatch administration and documentation
A strong work ethic, reliability and safety focus
