Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Production Assistant for a 12-week temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production departments. The successful applicant will be hands-on, organised, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving and processing incoming deliveries. Prepare, package, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently. Operate heat press machinery for custom product production. Assist with embroidery production, including setup and quality control. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in compliance with company standards. Support team members and other departments as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to lift and move packages as required. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Contract Type:

Temporary - 10 weeks, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
