We are looking for a
self-motivated Production Operative
to support the day-to-day running of our production plant and warehouse, working closely with the Factory Line Manager. This role offers
clear opportunities for progression
as the business continues to expand.
The Role
This is a hands-on role combining factory production duties with forklift operation, quality control, and general warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities
Operate large machinery safely and efficiently
Operate a forklift truck to move raw materials and finished goods
Load raw materials into processing machines, including quality checks
Carry out quality checks on finished products and report any issues
Package and label products accurately
Maintain clean, safe, and obstacle-free production areas
Carry out basic machine maintenance where required
Use basic software systems (e.g. stock control and Microsoft Office)
Work in line with strict health & safety requirements, particularly in a noisy environment

Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
