Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a current forklift licence and have experience in warehousing within a production environment, ideally some practical knowledge of both hand and power tools. This role involves various tasks related to the manufacturing and management of goods within the warehouse environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from lorries. Ensuring items are stored correctly. Transporting items around the production facility. Maintain an organised and clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Perform inventory checks and assist in stock management. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of warehouse operations. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

A current forklift licence and previous warehouse experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. Strong mechanical knowledge, with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the warehouse environment.
