Overview


We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Warp, Weave & Loom Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in the weaving department. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising warp preparation, loom operation, and overall fabric production. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met, while providing guidance and support to operators.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise warp preparation, weaving operations, and loom efficiency across assigned shifts. Coordinate and schedule warp beam changes, tying-in, and loom setup. Monitor fabric quality during production and ensure any defects or issues are quickly addressed. Lead, train, and support a team of machine operators, warpers, and loom technicians. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for warping and weaving equipment are followed. Work closely with the production planning and quality assurance teams to meet output and quality goals. Record production data, downtime, and maintenance issues; prepare shift reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring all team members operate machinery safely and comply with company policies.

Required Qualifications:



Minimum of 3 years' experience in a weaving environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warp preparation, loom operation, and weaving mechanics. Hands-on experience with looms and warping systems. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working with computerized production systems or textile ERP platforms. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques. Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Full-time, on-site position in a weaving production facility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
