The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Service Department as a Warranty Administrator. In this role, you'll process warranty and contract job cards from the workshop through to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
The role also includes an element of Customer Service, where you will provide assistance to customers visiting or calling the service department, ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.
You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team, with opportunities to develop your skills within a dynamic commercial vehicle environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing warranty and contract claims with MAN Truck & Bus UK.
Submitting claims and required documentation within strict timeframes.
Coordinating the return of warranty parts and materials within deadlines.
Monitoring work-in-progress jobs to ensure timely submission of warranty claims.
Providing warranty guidance to technicians and workshop control, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards.
Essential Requirements:
Proven ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications / Experience
Technical understanding of vehicle systems, ideally gained in a repairer or franchised dealer environment.
Previous experience as a Warranty or Invoice Administrator, or in a similar service administration role.
