Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Must
be computer literate and experienced in using business "booking in" systems
Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is
essential
Experience of working to production targets is desirable

About the Role:
Working to strict safety and quality requirements, help to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations and requirements, optimising efficiency and maintaining operational excellence. Perform various tasks within the process with some supervision.
This vacancy is for our product "Booking In" area. You will be primarily working in our Preparation Team and reporting to the Area Lead.
This role would suit an individual who is familiar with product identification and carrying out the associated system transactions to ensure our stock profile is always accurate and correct. We have many visual aids to help you in the identification of our products and full training will be given.
If that isn't enough, following a busy week at work our team enjoy the benefit of finishing early on a Friday!
Key Responsibilities:
To identify product and then book receipt into the company system.
To ensure booked product achieves the criteria required for good parts.
To book defect parts and dispose of in accordance with defect booking process.
To individually identify ALL parts (good and defective) with individual labels.
To work at target rate. - Keep open warranty claims to a minimum and ensure testing and reporting of warranty units are completed in a timely manner.
Preparing Warranty items to be sent to 3rd party inspection.
Follow priorities for the day as set by area leader.
Conform to standard operations for the area
Raise any issues immediately to area leader.
Skills and Experience
MUST be computer literate / have experience of using business systems.
FLT license preferable
Have high level of attention to detail.
