Warranty Claims Handler
to join our growing team and help us deliver a seamless claims experience for our customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:
Assess and process warranty claims related to mechanical and electrical vehicle issues Liaise with repair garages, dealerships, and customers to validate claims Approve or decline claims in line with warranty terms and conditions Accurately record and update claim details in the internal system Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationship
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a warranty claims or automotive service role

Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and systems(essential)
