Job Description

MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a major global player in the manufacturing sector to recruit a Warranty Manager based in their site in Dungannon.

As the Warranty Manager you will work within the technical support team, where you will be responsible for managing the Warranty Department. You will be responsible for the team accountable for all warranty claims and issues for a number of the companies brands.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Degree in an engineering discipline (or 10 years relevant experience) with at least 5 years of people management experience
• Previous experience in a customer facing role and dealing with warranty claims.
• You will have excellent communications skills along with strong IT skills.
