In this role, you'll:

Unlock insights to fuel bold, market winning strategies Lead brand growth across UK & global markets, B2B & B2C Create standout campaigns & powerful brand plans Drive innovation, product launches & category leadership Optimise pricing, product mix & profitability Forge partnerships and expand into new territories Elevate our digital presence to world class levels Continuously improve products to exceed sales targets Build strong relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams Track & report on campaign performance and marketing ROI

Your Superpowers:

Higher National Diploma (HND), Foundation Degree or Degree in Marketing or Food Science or Level 5 Nutritionist qualification Strong background in nutraceuticals (preferred) Minimum 10 years' experience in brand management or senior brand leadership OTS (over-the-counter) experience advantageous Proven track record of driving brand growth, launching innovations, and creating impact in competitive markets Energetic "firecracker" spirit with a can-do mindset Skilled at creating momentum, overcoming challenges, and turning ideas into meaningful results Natural motivator who inspires and energizes those around you!
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the UK.
