Are you an experienced HGV driver who values teamwork, safety, and making a difference in your community? We are looking for a skilled and responsible individual to operate our Waste Management vehicles and lead a refuse collection crew to deliver essential services across the district.

What you will do:

Safely drive and operate a range of vehicles, including HGVs, sweepers, and specialist fleet. Supervise and support your crew, ensuring clear communication and high standards. Ensure health and safety compliance at all times, including daily vehicle checks. Maintain professionalism when interacting with colleagues and the public. Complete waste collection and street cleaning tasks efficiently and to Council standards.

What we are looking for:

A valid HGV licence and Driver CPC qualification. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and service excellence. Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
