As a
Waste Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our residential and commercial non-account customers. This includes, quoting, order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial sale through to sale completion. You will work closely with both suppliers and customers to deliver a world-class service that maximizes value for all parties. Your role is pivotal in achieving key business KPIs and generating cash flow for the business.

Role and Duties
Understanding customer requirements regarding waste types, quantities and preferred services
Provide exceptional customer service that drives repeat business and positive reviews.
Answer a high volume of inbound calls while accurately processing orders in a timely manner
Effectively manage Salesforce tasks assigned to you in a timely manner
Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness via phone and email
Do You Have?
Experience in working in a target-based environment
Experience in dealing with high volume inbound calls
Strong ability to handle objections and close sales, whilst the customer is present
Proven experience in pricing, including the calculation and application of VAT and margin percentages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
