Identify stakeholders within D?r Cymru's drinking water catchments. Stakeholders include land managers and owners, our regulators, communities, customers, and colleagues
Represent Welsh Water on partnership working groups where required
Represent D?r Cymru at regional and national events to promote our messages and identify potential opportunities for future collaborative working
Identify external opportunities for collaborative projects and work with Catchment Project Specialists to progress ideas
Manage specific WaterSource projects within your area; promoting best practice by organising education and awareness sessions and signposting to key literature, and promoting innovation
Ensure projects are deliver on time and within allocated budget
Facilitate post project reviews and ensure lessons learnt from projects are shared and processes refined accordingly
Provide intelligence to the Catchment Spatial Risk Analysts to facilitate the maintenance and keep live D?r Cymru's DWSPs
Provide local knowledge in event of incidents to support the Catchment Risk Coordinators in the management of incidents
Work with the team to identify locations for sampling/ monitoring as part of the NEP investigations data collection and support the collection of data as appropriate
Undertake routine catchment inspections or sampling as required
Ensure all activities undertaken comply with D?r Cymru's Health, Safety & Wellbeing policies and local team procedures to ensure a safe working environment is maintained.

About you
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Qualified to a minimum of degree level in a relevant subject or 3years experience working in relevant field
A history of working in the environmental sector with a proven track record of successfully working with environmental or community interest groups, the agricultural sector and environmental regulators
A good level of knowledge and understanding of diffuse pollution sources and pathways, agri-environment schemes, water resource protection and the water industry
Able to demonstrate good communication skills
Have the ability to develop positive working relationships and to be seen as a highly credible representative of the business.
Able to manage projects with a strong focus on problem resolution, multi-tasking and has the tenacity and determination to see through a job to its full conclusion.
Hold a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle and ability to travel across D?r Cymru's operating area as job requires.

This role includes hybrid working.
The successful candidate will participate in the catchment standby rota after probation.
