Overview

We are looking for the right person to primarily carry out services / sanitisations / repairs on our existing water coolers, hot water boilers and install new Mains Fed coolers.

Deliveries of our 19litre water bottles to our valued customers around Wales and the Borders, will also be required. This is a multi-drop route throughout the day. A trolley is provided, but some routes will involve carrying bottles up stairs - these are around 20kg each bottle.

If you have experience driving vans in different situations (country roads, cities & towns), have some basic plumbing/maintenance experience, and feel you would be able to carry out heavy lifting , this could be the job for you!

About Us

Water Cooler Wales have been providing high quality customer service to our water cooler customers, since 2009. We are currently a husband and wife team, Steve & Sarah Griffiths, with another valued driver but have recently become so busy that it is time to expand to include the right person in our team.

We offer Rental and maintenance of Bottle Fed water coolers & bottles, and Mains Fed water coolers, Hot water boilers, Coffee Machines, and In-Cup drinks and. We can also offer sanitisation on customers' own coolers.

Our priorities are excellent customer service; great tasting water; quality coolers and products and looking after our team. We try and shop local where possible, and give back to the community, local and wider, with advertising, sponsorship and donations.

Further Information

Full Time, around 37+ hours (5 days) per week as is needed Rate of Pay 12.21 starting wage Generally Monday - Friday 7am to finish with flexibility to work hours as necessitated by the business 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (pro rata) Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme Company Uniform and Van will be supplied

It is essential that you are physically fit as the role involves:

Lifting Coolers Heavy lifting and delivering of bottled water to our water cooler clients Loading and unloading the van manually Loading and unloading the van with a forklift

Other essential qualities:

Polite, friendly and professional manner whilst representing the company Be based within 10 miles of Llandrindod Wells A Full, Clean, UK driving licence Geographical knowledge of Wales (Although SatNav is provided) Good communication skills Be tidy & organised in their work Ability to follow instructions Good record keeping Knowledge of basic plumbing / maintenance of equipment Van driving experience

Desired (but not essential) qualities

Forklift handling licence / training / experience

Job Purpose:

Carries out services / sanitisations / repairs / installations on coolers and other equipment.

Delivers items by preparing, loading, unloading, and delivering goods or services

Maintaining a clean & tidy van; developing sales where needed; maintaining records.
