As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Water Hygiene Administrator to support our operational delivery team and ensure the highest levels of compliance and customer service.


Role Overview:




As a Water Hygiene Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our technical and field teams, ensuring documentation, scheduling, reporting, and client communications are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be the backbone of our compliance process, maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients to ensure all water hygiene services are delivered on time and to standard.


Key Responsibilities:




Schedule water hygiene visits, surveys, sampling, and monitoring for field engineers Maintain and update compliance records in accordance with current legislation (e.g., ACoP L8, HSG274) Produce and issue reports following site visits (e.g., sampling results, risk assessments, remedial works) Liaise with clients regarding service schedules, access arrangements, and report delivery Process laboratory results and ensure appropriate escalation of non-compliant findings Support the preparation of client documentation such as logbooks and certificates Assist in the preparation of monthly compliance reports and audits Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in line with internal quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) Provide general administrative support to the operations and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience:




Experience in an administrative role (ideally in water hygiene, facilities, or compliance sectors) Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with compliance software or CRM systems is an advantage Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Understanding of water hygiene regulations (desirable but not essential; training will be provided)
