Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety of water systems across various sites. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a professional environment, contributing to health and safety standards while developing technical skills in water management and hygiene. The position is suitable for individuals with a background or interest in water treatment, maintenance, or engineering disciplines.

Duties

Conducting routine inspections and Sampling of water systems, including tanks and pipework. Performing cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance tasks on water systems to prevent bacterial growth such as legionella. Servicing Thermostatic Mixer Valves. Maintaining detailed records of all work undertaken, including test results and maintenance schedules. Assisting with the installation of new equipment and infrastructure related to water hygiene. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and company policies at all times.

Skills

Minimum Experience of 3 Years desired of working in the legionella prevention industry. A Full valid UK driving license is preferred, as travel between sites is required. Experience Servicing Thermostatic Mixer Valves
