WATER HYGIENE TECHNICIAN






Salary: 32,445.00 to 34,067.25 per annum




Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 14:30




Location:

Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxfordshire, OX3 7HE






About the role:




This is a critical role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of water hygiene across the hospital estate. You will be instrumental in delivering essential maintenance activities and ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding the environment for patients and staff.




Responsibilities:




Execute and manage all required domestic water hygiene activities. Conduct hygiene treatments and maintenance for cooling tower systems. Ensure and maintain full regulatory compliance with the hospital's water hygiene scheme of precautions. Accurately complete and maintain all official documentation and log books, providing a clear audit trail for compliance. Promptly log and report all equipment failures or out-of-parameter results in the water hygiene defect log.
