The EMEA Energy and Water team is looking for a Water Infrastructure Manager to support scaling and growth across our Data Centre network. If you like to drive the development, implementation and construction of new water infrastructure. Your work will help deliver large-scale water projects, and water infrastructure projects that our infrastructure needs to renewably and strategically operate.

You will manage design consultants, contractual drafting, develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules
You will manage remote 3rd project delivery teams from design through to construction, and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues, and remove barriers to project success.
You will multitask and re-prioritize and effectively lead deliveries based on ever changing business needs
You will build and maintaining overall delivery program and project budget, submitting Capital Allocation Requests to Senior leadership to secure finance for project delivery.
You will prepare investment need/business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects to secure water supply and discharges.
A day in the life
Liaison with a wide range of regulators and external stakeholders (Water utilities, environmental agencies, health department, construction contractors etc)
You will leverage project management tools and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
Regularly report to senior leadership on status of key project metrics vs. commitment of your projects.
Ensure construction standards are followed and national construction regulation are complied with.
Create detailed planning packs to build scalable and future proof water infrastructure.
