We are looking for experienced teams to deliver proactive water boundary box replacement works on the Severn Trent Water contract with Network Plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation delivering essential infrastructure upgrades. All sites have been surveyed by our internal surveying team whom remain on hand to support with delivery.

Responsibilities
Deliver proactive boundary box replacement works in line with Severn Trent Water and Network Plus specifications
Undertake excavation, boundary box installation, reinstatement, and associated works to required quality standards and environmental requirements at all times
Carry out works efficiently to meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Conduct on-site risk assessments and implement safe working practices
Operate plant, tools, and equipment in a safe and effective manner
Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete planned work programmes
Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials used, and site conditions
Provide excellent customer service when working in residential areas and liaising with members of the public
Report progress, issues, and incidents promptly to the site supervisor or manager
Requirements
Proven experience in utility works, including excavation, boundary box installation, pipework, and reinstatement
Strong understanding of water industry standards, health and safety practices, and reinstatement protocols
Ability to operate plant and equipment safely and effectively, including mini-diggers, breakers, and compactors
Physical capability to engage in manual labour, excavation, and reinstatement tasks in varying site conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in residential and public areas
EUSR Water Hygiene (clean water) card and NRSWA accreditation preferred
Full UK Driving Licence required; towing licence or experience operating utility vehicles is an advantage
Prior experience in water, gas, or civil engineering works is preferred but not mandatory
