UKFF Ltd is a successful waterproofing and concrete lifting company based in Cardiff, boasting a diverse and extensive client portfolio. We operate internationally, with our primary contracts located across the United Kingdom.

Expanding Our Operations

Due to company growth, UKFF Solutions is expanding its operations and is seeking dedicated individuals based in or near Cardiff.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for candidates who are clear communicators, eager to learn new skills, and possess strong organizational and timekeeping abilities. You will be actively involved in all aspects of work on a daily basis.

While some construction experience is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with other backgrounds. You will work as part of a fantastic team, traveling to various sites in the UK to prepare areas for lorry arrivals and subsequent work.

Most of our job types involve podium decks, tanking, rendering, concrete repairs, waterproofing, gas membranes, and screeding. Notable sites we have worked on include Hinkley Point and Microsoft.

Please note that approximately 95% of our work requires traveling away from home, but we can offer flexibility with local work when available.

Training

UKFF will provide training in medium risk confined spaces, and potentially high risk. We also offer training for IPAF, HGV, PASMA, and CCNSG. All necessary training will be conducted through our in-house programs.

Essential Qualifications:

Must have a CSCS card Strong work ethic and ability to be proactive Valid driving license SSSTS Previous supervisor experience

Desirable Qualifications:

Previous construction experience Skilled worker Labourer experience

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary:

35,000per year

37,000 after probation

Base salary plus 30 for food each night on top of your basic pay while working away. Daily Responsibilities:

Supervising the men and running site Creating and uploading the daily sheets to our OMS system Attending and delivering Toolbox Talks Ensuring Health & Safety rules and regulations are maintained Reporting back to line managers Overseeing the loading of equipment and materials on vehicles Follow the job sheets issued and ensure company targets are met on site Taking photos of job progress and uploading to our OMS system Liaising with site managers Inspect materials, tools, and waterproofing installations to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
You won't need to use your own vehicle for commuting during work hours, and additional overtime is available for working weekend .
