Job Description
Essa Water Activities Centre is a charity based in the Lea Valley, Nazeing, Essex, set on a beautiful lake. We deliver a wide range of water-based activities including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, raft building, powerboating, and more.
We are seeking skilled, confident, and enthusiastic instructors to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team while delivering high-quality water experiences.
